Family Constellations, a therapeutic method developed by Bert Hellinger, allows participants to uncover hidden familial patterns, entanglements, and dynamics that influence their personal and family life in profound ways. By visually and emotionally mapping out your family constellation, you gain insights into the invisible forces that shape your beliefs, behaviors, and personal relationships.

What You Will Experience:

• Guided Introductions: Begin your journey with guided meditations to ground and center, preparing your heart and mind for deep work.
• Theory Behind the Practice: Learn the fundamentals of Family Constellation Theory, understanding how traumas and blessings travel through generations.
• Interactive Constellation Exercises: Participate in group constellations where you'll have the opportunity to observe, engage, and possibly represent aspects of other participants' families, as well as explore your own.
• Personal Reflection & Group Sharing: Reflect on the insights and shifts experienced during the exercises. Sharing is encouraged, in whatever capacity you're comfortable, to integrate your discoveries.

• Q&A Session: Have your questions answered and gain further clarity on how to apply these insights into your daily life.
